About us
We are in mission to help people in needs.
The Bombay Yarn Merchants Association and Exchange Ltd. was registered on 04/02/1954. It was decided to take the members of both these bodies as members of the new body. The President of the Yarn Merchants Association Ltd., Shri Gordhandas Jadavji became the first Board President of the new organization while Mr. M. R. Bharucha, the President of the Bombay Yarn Exchange became the Vice-President of the new organization.
On 18-12-62 the Bombay Yarn Merchants Association and Exchange Limited Charity Trust was established and a scheme for education was also introduced in the trust in addition to medical treatment. The benefits of both the schemes were taken by the market traders, brothers, staff members and their families in good measure.

Achievements of President Jaykishan D Pathak
Dr. Jaykrishna D Pathak, President of The Bombay Yarn Merchants’ Association and Exchange Ltd. has been recognised amongst the top contributors to the business community in India and has been upon with two international recognitions for the same in the span of just one month.
He was first awarded the Bharat Gaurav International Award. This award ceremony was held on 23rd July 2022 at the PALAIS DU LUXEMBOURG (Luxembourg Palace) which is the Senate house in Paris, France. It was indeed an honour to recieve this award from memeber for their senate, Madame Senator Victoire Jasmin.
Next he received an award in the Emirates Business Conclave in Dubai on 21st of Aug. This event was held to celebrate and boost the business relations of UAE and India.
